Our Mission
힐링센터 쉼은
‘절망에서 소망으로’라는 슬로건을 걸고 창립한 비영리 단체입니다.
육체의 고통, 우울증 등의 정신적인 고통을 겪고있는 많은 분들과 그 곁에서 힘들어하는 가족들을 함께 위로하고 절망에 빠진 그들이 새로운 소망을 찾을수 있도록 여러 전문가들의 치료를 통해 개인과 가정의 회복을 돕는 비영리 단체입니다.
진정한 쉼을 통한 완전한 회복을 위해 '쉼'은 모든 힘을 쏟을 것입니다.
The Healing Center ’SHIM’ is a non-profit organization founded with the mission statement of “From Despair to Hope”.
This non-profit organization will help individuals and families who are struggling physically, emotionally and mentally to recover through the treatment by various specialists, so that they can find new hope.
'SHIM' will devote all its effort to help people to recover through peaceful rest.

하나님의 함께하심을 함께 바라보는 곳이 되기
위해 오늘도 기도합니다.
Healing Center ‘SHIM’ will be the place where;
people are restored physically and emotionally;
where people help other for healing;
where marginalized and lonely people find peaceful rest;
where people in despair find hope;
and we pray to become where people feel the presence of the LORD.

Our History
하나님의 인도하심으로 5년여간 도네이션으로 운영되는 한의원을 통해 수많은 환자와 그 가족 분들을 만나고 치료하다 보니 마음이 상하고 닫힌 분들이 우리 주변에 너무 많다는 걸 알았습니다.
Through God's guidance, we have met and treated a great number of patients and their families through a donation based clinic for the last five years and found that there are too many people around us who are hurt and closed in heart.
그로인해 지쳐 가는 사람들과 가족들, 깨어져가는 가정들의 모습을 안타깝게 바라볼 수 밖에 없었습니다.
We sadly watched the exhausted people, their families, and the families that were breaking down.
그들을 위해 무언가 해야겠다는 생각이 들었습니다.
And we thought we need to do something for them.
닫혀있는 마음을 열어 줄 수 있는 곳.
A place where we can help them to open their closed hearts.
혼자가 아닌 많은 사람들이 함께 어울릴 수 있는 곳.
A place where many people can be connected together.
경제적인 이유로 힘들었던 상담과 치료를 받을 수 있는 그런 공간을 꿈꾸고 기도했습니다.
We dreamed and prayed for a place where people could receive counseling and treatment without economic burden.

EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAM
SHIM agency provides the executive coaching program for individuals affected by developmental disability. The executive coaches work with their clients one-to-one by supporting them to clarify goals, to develop problem-solving skills, and to improve their performance in the workforce. SHIM’s qualified executive coach staff members have enriched experiences and knowledge with a special need population and will provide customized action-plans to support individuals to thrive in their chosen career path.
